For some reason all of my professors' goals are for their students to be able to evaluate arguments in a well informed manner. (I know...weird.) This results in me spending a butt load of time looking at peer reviewed journals, instead of the oh so reliable Wikipedia.
Well Space Cadet TA and other professors... I'm putting this skill to use when I read food reviews.
Here's one of my tip offs that a person is not a reliable source.
He knows the owners.
